Refund Policy

Cancellations, refunds, and how to ask for one.

Last updated 14 August 2026

Try before you pay. Every Waterline plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You are not charged during it, and cancelling before it ends costs you nothing. If you are still charged for something you did not want, write to us — we would rather refund you than keep money from someone who is not getting value.

1. The free trial

All three plans — Solo, Portfolio and Agency — begin with 14 days free. No charge is taken during the trial period. If you cancel before it ends, you are never billed and nothing further is owed.

The trial exists so you can confirm Waterline works with your accounts and your economics before paying. We would encourage you to actually connect an ad account and set your costs during it, rather than discovering a problem afterwards.

2. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the customer portal link in your purchase receipt, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not end your current period. You keep access until the period you have already paid for runs out.

We do not pro-rate part-months. If you cancel a monthly subscription on day 3 of a billing period, you keep access for the remaining 27 days.

3. Refunds

Within 14 days of a charge

If you are charged and decide within 14 days that Waterline is not right for you, we will refund that payment in full. You do not need to justify it.

Annual plans

Annual subscriptions carry the same 14-day window from the date of charge. After that, we do not routinely refund the unused remainder of an annual term — but see the next section, because we would rather sort out a genuine problem than stand behind a rule.

When something is actually wrong

If Waterline is not working as described — a fault we cannot fix in reasonable time, or a feature that does not do what our pricing page said it would — contact us regardless of how long you have been subscribed. We will either fix it or refund you.

What we will not usually refund

4. How to request one

01
Email ohhvanish@gmail.com
From the address you bought with, so we can find the order.
02
Tell us the order number, or just the date and plan
The order number is on your receipt from Lemon Squeezy.
03
Say briefly what went wrong
Optional inside the 14-day window, but it genuinely helps us fix things.
04
We reply within two business days
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

5. Who processes the refund

Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Refunds are issued through them and will appear on your statement under their name or ours. You can contact us first — we will arrange it — or use the customer portal link on your receipt.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing here limits rights you have by law. Consumers in the UK and EU have a statutory right to cancel a purchase of digital content within 14 days, subject to the usual conditions about having begun to use it. If your local law gives you more than this policy does, your local law wins.
